Company Debt Solutions is part of the Wilson Field group, one of the largest independent firms based in Yorkshire, specialising solely in business turnaround, insolvency, restructuring and refinance. We are based at our head office in Sheffield with regional offices based in Leeds, the North East, the West Midlands, South Wales and London. We currently employ around 100 staff with 9 licensed and regulated insolvency practitioners. We offer the provision of business recovery and insolvency services as well as debt solution services for corporate, sole trader, partnership and consumer debt clients. In addition, we offer commercial finance, factoring and invoice discounting services. The company is headed by managing director Nick Wilson, who has vast experience in business recovery and helping to deliver solutions to businesses in difficult situations. All nine of our insolvency practitioners are licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to provide corporate and personal insolvency services. We also believe in investing in our staff and helping with their career progression. We work with the individuals we employ to help them achieve their potential and support our staff with their goals.
