It is composed of over 32,000 Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designees and candidates/general members. The Council was created to recruit and retain those REALTORS® and international real estate professionals seeking the knowledge, tools and relationship-building opportunities and referral opportunities they need to maximize their income and professionalism in residential real estate. Council of Residential Specialists operates as a non-profit organization. The Organization provides real estate agents with the tools, resources, and strategies, as well as conducts educational programs including classroom courses, self-paced e-learning, live webinars, archived recordings, and events to help members in the State of Pennsylvania.
