Critical employs a team of nine survey research directors, six executives and twelve fieldwork managers. The three most senior personnel each have over 30 years’ experience in market research. The executive team offers a broad range of skills, members having worked both on the client side and in other research agencies in addition to advertising and management consultancies. The Critical philosophy is to maintain small manageable telephone fieldwork centres allowing close supervision without the loss of interviewing quality seen with some larger telephone units. Critical executives are also based in the same offices as our telephone interviewing centres, which is a vital for greater quality control and monitoring of the research during fieldwork. Critical’s online system has been developed entirely in house over a number of years to coincide with our CATI data collection procedures.
