Dania Barazi started DB Consulting LLC in 2016 after spending six years in the property management and real estate industry. In February 2017, Dania became a licensed Realtor. Directly out of college Dania was recruited as a leasing agent and assisted in a property management startup. Working her way up to Vice President of the company, Dania has experienced all stages as a professional in this business. She has dedicated her time in finding the most efficient ways to run the company while simultaneously maintaining rapid growth with little overhead expense. The company successfully grew from zero to over 300 rentable units, consisting of 13 mixed-multifamily and commercial use projects, majority underwent complete renovations. Today, Dania uses DB Consulting LLC and her real estate license hand in hand to offer an array of real estate services that are used by both residential and investor clients. With only being licensed for a short time, she is now a multi-million dollar, top producer, #2 in her agency and on the Elite Council for Lohmiller Real Estate.
