PMP certified business analyst - started as a web developer but has experience performing in cross functional teams from concept to release and support. Practiced Agile and Scrum, including scaled agile. Promote understanding of As-Is systems, gathering and documenting requirements for To-Be systems and associated "Shadow systems". Creation of intuitive slide decks for stakeholders to explain project procedures, often with the help of graphics, process flows, tables and charts. Initiate and conduct in person and online meetings with team members and stakeholders to further the agenda of the organization and the project, and collect information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Routinely conduct verbal and written communications.
