We teach martial arts and self-defense classes for people of all ages. We teach women how to be empowered through self-defense. We have traditional martial arts classes as well as cardio kickboxing. Dragon Fire offers a transported after school martial arts program. In this program the children develop leadership skills, verbal and physical self-defense skills and learn the value of honor, integrity and self-discipline. We also specialize in Women's Self Defense Classes. These classes help women to be empowered, and learn their strength. Our self-defense classes inspire self-confidence. Self-esteem increases when you feel you can protect yourself and your children. We have group classes and also offer private lessons.
