EB5study.com is a consultancy specializing in all aspects of economic analysis associated with the U.S. immigrant investor visa program, also known as EB-5. Our economists have prepared dozens of job creation and economic impact reports in support of I-924 regional center designations, individual I-526 project-specific applications, and reports for removal of conditions at the I-829 stage of the process. The core objective of EB5study.com is to provide accurate, timely, and reasonable analysis for our clients. EB5study.com was started in 2017 by Jordan G. Levine, an economist who has been active in the EB5 space since 2008 in various capacities. Prior to starting EB5study.com, Jordan was an Economist & Director of Economic Research at Beacon Economics—a Los Angeles based economic consulting firm—where he oversaw all contract research projects as well as the firms’ internal products and managed a team of analysts and researchers. EB5Study.com offers a range of services related to EB5 Impact Analysis for I-526 and I-924 designations and approvals from the United States Customs and Immigration Services. This includes identifying Targeted Employment Areas, obtaining TEA letters from the appropriate and/or designated state agency, performing job creation analysis, determining appropriate study areas, and dealing with a host of regulatory-related issues such as tenant occupancy, visitor spending, duration of construction period, EB5-eligible and ineligible expenditure categories, appropriately deflating RIMS II and IMPLAN estimates, and others.
