We have been advising sellers and buyers of businesses for more than 20 years. Offering clients the sort of in-depth knowledge usually only found in City-based finance houses, we have worked on everything from straightforward bank refinancing projects to the most complex international debt restructuring deals with listed companies. Four of our team specialise in distressed situations and we have a database of private investors looking for business opportunities as well as strong contacts in the Venture Capital and Private Equity communities, both in the UK and overseas. Since our formation in 1989, we have helped almost 300 private business owners to reap the maximum reward from their years of hard work once they've made the decision to exit. Many have become multi-millionaires as a result. Typical transactions fall within the £5m - £100m range, but our team has plenty of experience of working on and arranging deals with significantly larger values.
