E-Tail Genius is currently growing fast due to the rollout of the SYMSON platform. We started as a spin-off from the Erasmus University Rotterdam to translate the scientific knowledge into practical solutions. That is why all solutions have been developed in close collaboration with academic researchers. The AI platform SYMSON has been developed to enable companies to act quickly on the dynamic customer behavior and to make companies more profitable by optimizing and simplifying their pricing and demand forecasts with modern (Artificial Intelligence) technology. Although there is already a huge amount of data with our customers, only small parts are used. The way to use this data most efficiently is to collect it, gather insights and to act upon it. Traditional approaches are very labor-intensive or driven by expensive consultants which by no means provide all insights or advice on a large scale.
