Head Chef and Owner, Paul Tufaro, a restaurant industry veteran of 30 years, got tired of working for someone else. In 2003, with an extensive business plan that took 2 years to compile, he hit the pavement and sought out the location for his venture. In the thriving New Orleans Central Business District, he knew there were many professionals from all around the country, a lot of whom were from New York, New England and Chicago areas. With the right mix of locals and transplants from northern cities, he knew that his restaurant could work perfectly in the downtown area of New Orleans as well as add to the diversity of cuisine culture that has become signature to this unique city. If authentic Boar's Head Brand cold cuts grilled to perfection and smothered in gourmet cheeses on a well-seasoned flat top grill sounds like your kind of lunch, then this is your place!
