EngineeringUK is a not-for-profit organisation, which works in partnership with the engineering community to inspire tomorrow's engineers and increase the talent pipeline into engineering. We work in partnership to develop and promote effective initiatives to inspire young people to consider a career in engineering. No single intervention will overcome the engineering skills challenge but by working together we can accelerate the broadening of the talent pipeline into engineering. We evaluate our activity and base everything we do on evidence and through our research programme share our analysis and insight widely. We aim to inspire, engage and inform the next generation of engineers through programmes, information and creative communications campaigns. Our programmes are designed to excite young people about the variety and opportunity presented by a career in modern engineering and give them a chance to meet people already working as engineers. The EngineeringUK Skills Partnership is a network of businesses working together to grow the engineering talent pipeline. The Big Bang programme brings classroom learning to life for young people, celebrating their achievements and inspiring them to consider a future in STEM. Tomorrow’s Engineers currently brings together engaging hands-on activities that showcase and contextualise modern engineering and engineering careers. Our comprehensive research and evaluation programme provides up-to-date insight into STEM skills in the UK, perceptions of engineering and the impact of interventions in inspiring and educating the next generation. Our research includes the flagship Engineering UK: The State of Engineering report, the Engineering Brand Monitor and briefings on subjects including social mobility and gender disparity in engineering. EngineeringUK - is an independent organisation that promotes the vital contribution of engineers, engineering and technology in our society. EngineeringUK partn.
