MIFID II RESEARCH/EXECUTION UNBUNDLING: Implement a global hard-dollar (P&L) brokerage research payment strategy through valuing the investment research consumed and negotiating with the research providers. OUTSOURCING: Synthesize a needs assessment and facilitate the outsourced provider selection process, contract negotiation, and implementation; Trading, Middle/Back Office, Technology, and Intelligent Automation. AUDIT, COMPLIANCE, GOVERNANCE: Partner with the Chief Audit Executive, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer to instill a practitioner perspective on the end-to-end investment process (security selection, portfolio construction, trade execution, best execution analytics) and the design of policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
