Business Description and Background Evergreen Communities and their affiliated family of companies (La Jolla Pacific Investments, LLC and Stettner Construction Incorporated) design, develop and build residential communities throughout Northern California. Evergreen is managed by an experienced, seasoned team of senior executives who combine accomplished backgrounds in entitlements, land development, homebuilding, finance, sales and marketing. Company Details Evergreen Communities, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Clinton “CC” Myers and Michael Stettner. Prior to partnering in 2011, both Myers and Stettner had been well established as builders in California, Nevada, Colorado and Idaho building over 2,500 residential units collectively. As Evergreen Communities, they have built or entitled over 500 high quality, energy efficient homes and/or residential lots. The corporate headquarters are located in Roseville, California with satellite office located in La Jolla, California.
