Having become Limited in 2015 F Barnes cover a wide range of areas of law to include Family, Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Incapacity Law, Elderly Care, Company Law, Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law for both businesses and the individual. We recognise that dealing with a house move, bereavement or family break is an extremely stressful time, and we seek to provide a personal and sympathetic service to clients during these difficult periods. Unlike some firms, we will have one person in charge of your case so you’re not speaking to someone new every time you contact the firm. We do not operate automated systems so you will always speak to your representative or his/her assistant.
