FAIR Program is a real estate brokerage that works with homeowners to overcome financial hardships with custom mortgage principal reduction programs. FAIR Program is designed to help individuals who are defaulting on their mortgage, awaiting a loan modification or in need of new mortgage assistance due to missed mortgage payments. FAIR Program maintains customer demand by offering a highly effective hands-on solution during this time by serving as a liaison between lender and financially fatigued homeowners. Our Real Estate Division works closely with the homeowner and their lender to determine if selling their home is the only available option. If selling a home is the only option, our FP Homes Counselors, who are licensed agents, are able to facilitate obtaining the listing, marketing the property, selling the property, and providing relocation assistance as needed.
