FALR, Inc. provides administrative caselaw from many of the most important agencies operating in the State of Florida. We publish the full text of each case, and never publish a Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) recommended order without the accompanying final order. We offer a broad range of cases and each publication we offer has non DOAH Final Orders such as Declaratory Statements, Rule Variances, Attorney’s Fee Orders, Court Cases (Circuit & Appellate), etc. Our print publication goes back to Jan. 1979. Florida Administrative Law Reports (FALR): Overview of Florida Administrative Law Decisions regarding Health Care Administration (AHCA), Health (Including all Medical Quality Assurance (MQA) Boards), Education Practices Comm. (Teacher Certifications), Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm., Environmental Protection (DEP), Revenue (DOR), and more. Environmental & Land Use Administrative Law Reporter (ER): Exhaustive reporting of Administrative, Circuit and Appellate Court caselaw regarding Environmental & Land Use regulations. FALR Fla. State Tax Report: Fla. Circuit, Appellate & Administrative caselaw together with all DOR Technical Assistance Advisements (TAA). Florida Career Service Reporter (FCSR): Full text reporting of all Public Employee’s Relations Comm. (PERC) Administrative Orders After Employee Career Service Appeals. Florida Public Service Commission Reporter (FPSC): Full text publication of all substantive PSC orders. Available for every publication are supercumulative indexes facilitating access to relevant cases. These powerful indexes are supplemented by case summaries and keyword search capabilities either online or by our own staff. Subscribers to the FALR database can perform searches on the full text of each case with our database search tool, quickly finding cases and the summaries relevant to their interests.
