Founded in London in 2003, FG Connect (formerly FGUK Research) has been setting the standard in market research recruitment and fieldwork for nearly 15 years. We have worked with a long list of major research agencies and independent researchers, as well as advertising and PR agencies, government departments and big global brands. How have we done it? By building lasting relationships built on trust and respect. We’ve gained new and bigger clients, and welcomed many more employees on board, but our ethos is the same as it ever was: we treat every client, and every project, as if it’s our first. Unlike some market research businesses, FG Connect is led by researchers – our senior team includes qualified group moderators and fieldwork professionals with decades of experience between them. Going Global: In 2012 we launched a business in Dubai to serve clients in the Middle East and Africa, and we’ve built relationships with partners in numerous other locations across the globe. In 2018 we changed our company name from FGUK Research to FG Connect, reflecting our global outlook, and our growing range of research services which connect businesses with their customers. FG Connect takes its reputation and responsibilities seriously, and is affiliated with a number of research industry bodies that uphold standards and best practices. We are a member of the international research association ESOMAR, a company partner of the Market Research Society (MRS) and a member of the Association for Qualitative Research (AQR).
