FIDEURO is a chartered accountant firm (« Experts Comptables ») in Luxembourg, member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants (“Ordre des Experts Comptables”), its governing body. Being owner operated, FIDEURO establishes and maintains close working relationship with its clients. Our primary goal is to deliver timely and high quality tailored services to our clients, handling their local administrative and compliance issues so that they can focus on meeting their strategic targets. Our areas of competences include global corporate trust services (accounting, tax compliance, incorporation, administration, etc.), independent directorship services, liquidator mandates as well as tailored CFO services. We mostly serve institutional clients active in private equity or real estate activity, as well as Luxembourg based CSSF regulated entities (“Professionals of the Financial Sector”) where we provide accounting, financial, reporting and CFO services.
