Filmec manufactures machines and tools for machining electrical motors. The objective has always been the design and production of rational and economical machines, with state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical technology. Such characteristics have been achieved thanks to a consolidated experience and to Filmec highly specialised technical staff who has contributed to the design and realisation of the expected objectives. Filmec machines cover a wide range of operations necessary to the manufacturing of motors: - selection and packing stator and rotor sheet metal parts, - winding and insertion windings into the stator, - wounded jigs moulding. We produce single machines or more complex work centres that group together more machines; these are work islands, i.e. groups formed by winding machine-inserting machine-moulder powered by an anthropomorphic robot, or automatic lines with rotating table.
