Fairlead Sailing and Fairlead Training have been providing Corporate Events, Management & Team development aboard large yachts, since 1997 Management/Team Development Based on research to M.A. level, senior business management experience and extensive training experience, we provide high quality events, focusing on a range of management competencies. The 'perfectly imperfect' environment to challenge and strengthen any team. Corporate Hospitality Our corporate programmes are a flagship event for some clients. The exhilaration and challenge of the sailing environment, combined with the opportunity to relax, admire the scenery and, at the same time have relaxed, informal conversation about business is key! The business aspect of the events, is generally informal, relationship building and lasting! Whether your group are clients, from internal business units, or a combination of both; feedback is always great, and acknowledged as having been beneficial business development. Sailing coastal/cross channel cruises Additionally, we now provide adventure coastal and cross channel cruising for small groups and individual. Novice or experienced sailors alike! Take you sailing a step further. Include some formal learning. Visit some different ports on themed cruises. e.g. Bastille day cruise; WWII Dunkirk; West Coast Pirate cruise; Channel Isles and more. If you’re looking to charter a yacht for a day on the East or South coast of the UK, we have bases at Woolverstone Marina, Ipswich in Suffolk and Hamble Village in the Solent. Step aboard our 40ft yacht Serena, licensed for up to 10 people. Or, choose from a range of yachts at either location to suit your requirements.
