Our sister company, Family Home Health Care, Inc provides quality PCA services that are family oriented in multi-cultural settings. We strongly promote person centered care planning that includes help with staffing to meet each individuals physical, mental, cultural and religious needs. We provide excellent customer service by working directly with our patients, families, case managers and insurance companies. Our team of clinical and office staff work closely together to provide a positive and successful experience for our patients. This includes Skilled Nursing, RN Case Management, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Home Health Aides, Homemakers and PCAs. Locally owned and operated for over 16 years serving the Twin City Metro area and Pine, Kanabec, Chisago and Isanti counties. Family Care Services, Inc provides personal care attendant. The Company offers residential and personal care. Family Care Services serves customers in the United States. Family Care Services provides Medicaid Waiver services in the homes of individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities. These services assist with daily living activities such as personal care tasks, household chores, meal preparations, socialization, and monitor for health/safety.
