Located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, Farmers Hardware offers INSPIRED BRUNCH in a historic 1925 industrial brick warehouse OUR MISSION Convenience: Our Brunch Hall concept is modeled after the great open and airy American food halls like Boston's Quincy Market or Union Market in Washington D.C. That means we can accommodate over 100 guests comfortably at our large communal tables on our 3 floors and sunny courtyard. Combine that with our fine-casual food served via quick counter-service, you won't have to wait long for delicious breakfast, lunch or happy hour drink! Culinary Excellence: Chef Julia Sanzen, having cooked along side celebrity chefs Rocco DiSpirito and Jean Georges in New York City, brings a fresh and innovative culinary style back to her hometown of Saratoga Springs. That means you can expect classics with a twist, like her signature Eggs Shorty (Bordeaux braised short ribs Benedict, with poached egg and browned butter hollandaise.)
