We serve the greater Los Angeles area in the field of employment litigation; our clients come to us when they have been wronged at work. It can be very difficult for the average person to navigate the field of workplace violations, and it can be even more difficult to know when a problem at work becomes a legal problem. We specialize in representing cases of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and more, both in court and in mediation. Most of the clients we see are employees whose employers have violated their rights guaranteed by the Fair Employment and Housing Act. This is a law protecting people from discrimination and harassment on the basis of skin color, race, ethnic/national origins, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, and other protected categories. We also represent employees in wage theft cases, refusal to pay overtime, and contract disputes. We also provide consultation in employment and contractual matters. While we are a relatively new firm, our founding partner, Allen Felahy, has been in practice for more than 17 years and has earned his reputation as a skillful negotiator and dedicated attorney. During that time, Mr. Felahy garnered a 99.5% successful resolution rate and a 95% trial success rate. He is a contributing editor to the CEB guide for wage and hour law in California, and a CELA and ASCDC member.
