Health, Fitness and martial arts gym in the City. 5500 sq ft including top quality strength and conditioning equipment, cardio equipment, free training area with a 27m track, boxing ring and bags and a MMA cage. We aim to provide a real training experience akin to what a professional sportsman would expect. Classes which are included in our membership include Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA and BJJ. Competitive and flexible memberships give you full access to the gym and classes.
