Firebrand Sports is a community-focused, results-driven fitness studio pioneering a “one-stop shop” approach to wellness. From its flagship studio in Portland’s Pearl District, Firebrand combines next-generation, high-intensity Pilates and cardio barre, delivering a complete and balanced fitness solution to people who value their health, fitness and time. PYROLATES Firebrand’s centerpiece is its Pyrolates workout, utilizing the proprietary Lagree Fitness method and performed on the patented Megaformer machine. Pyrolates, an evolutionary small group class, featuring high-intensity, zero impact, resistance-based training, delivers total body conditioning by combining strength, cardio, endurance, balance and flexibility in each exercise. Firebrand is the first and only studio in Oregon licensed to offer the Lagree Fitness method, which has exploded into a globally heralded fitness movement in recent years. FIREBARRE Firebrand’s signature FireBarre, a dance cardio class utilizing ballet-inspired conditioning exercises and barre for support, was specifically designed to complement Pyrolates. Firebrand’s classes are kept small to provide each client with the advantages of a motivational, private training experience in an energized community atmosphere that fosters a fitness fellowship, which is augmented by Firebrand’s proprietary nutrition and lifestyle programming.
