Firefly helps people ignite their inner light, and provides resources and support so they can thrive, because the world needs us all to shine! Firefly provides services and events for individuals, wellness leaders, and groups (corporate and community groups). Firefly leads and coordinates yoga and wellness retreats internationally and domestically to ignite your inner light, and provides a supportive community and resources so you can thrive when you return home. We do this by offering classes and workshops, and member-only content. Firefly serves the corporate community by offering onsite yoga classes, wellness consulting and stress management workshops. Ultimately, Firefly will open a retreat center in Colorado with the core areas of focus being yoga, outdoor activities, wholesome food and connection.
