We are a project and programme management consultancy that help large corporations and government bodies get their most critical projects delivered. We are a corporate member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and an AXELOS Consulting Partner (ACP), accredited to conduct certified individual and organisational capability assessments, including P3M3®. We are active members of both these associations and regularly contribute to developing the project management profession by providing our peers with practical guidelines. Founded in 2003, our first client was Great North Eastern Railway (GNER). Since then we have advised organisations with the largest and most complex project portfolios in the UK, including British Airways, Lloyds Banking Group, Network Rail, Transport for London, and the Department of Health.
