At First 5 we believe in delivering the most relevant training possible for both your work and social life, allowing you to be prepared for what ever life throws at you. Whether you want to refresh your first aid skills for the office or know how to rescue someone off the side of a rock face, we can tailor a course to cover your needs. Training delivered and accredited to HSE standards by ex-Military trainers with real-life experience in delivering aid in extreme environments. Our trainers are also outdoor pursuits, survival enthusiasts and height safety professionals so you can rest assured you're in safe hands. We have no fixed abode which allows us to come to you or pick the most appropriate setting for your first aid needs, at your place of work, out on the hill, hanging from ropes*. the choice is yours. *All tailored training is subject to suitable venues (we will assess venues you suggest or look for possible venues should you require) and any additional training will not be accredited, for example; Any advice given on mountaineering, rock climbing, industrial climbing, rescue or any other outdoor activity does not constitute training in these fields, only the First Aid course will be accredited.
