First Capital Investment Realty was founded in 1989 by Abbas "Al" Navazi, after working in the real estate investment industry since 1985 for various companies he decided to open his own shop and has been in the same location ever since. Throughout the 90's and 00's he conducted hundreds of transactions, built lifelong relationships, and helped his clients reach levels of investments they had never thought of before. During this time he also became a real estate investor, property manager, consultant, and expert in the field of real estate. His son Farhad Navazi grew up in his dad's office and had a substantial knowledge of real estate by the time he entered into university. In 2013 he graduated from University of California, Riverside with a degree in economics and subsequently got his first real estate license. He began working full time at First Capital in 2014 and only 2 years later passed his real estate brokers license exam. During this time he obtained an MBA from Pepperdine University and has utilized his skills to conduct several transactions and build portfolios ever since. Together they have continued to build First Capital Investment Realty, build new relationships, and analyze good investment opportunities for their clients.
