After years of helping to build and grown my old firm, I felt that I was drifting from what I loved the most about recruiting - Recruiting! I want to spend more time with my clients on defining needs, recruiting strategy, being the first one to contact a cold recruit with a new and exciting opportunity and helping my clients find the absolute best talent out there. It has always been a dream of mine to run my own recruiting firm where I am directly involved in all aspects of each search and now that time has come! It takes a special recruiter to find someone who matches the technical profile you need, but also finds someone that matches your company’s culture. Tim has been doing that for 25+ years. Tim is truly a “Generalist” when it comes to recruiting. During his career, he has placed every level of employee from a skilled CNC programmer to CEO’s and Board Chairs and everything in between. He has worked in industries from machining to chemicals to plastics to capital equipment to medical devices to biotech companies to electronics.
