Flanders Classics Our mission is to strengthen the position of the Flemish cycling classics on the international cycling agenda. On the other hand, we want to improve the image of cycling in and outside of Belgium. THE CLASSICS: When you think about the start of the cycling season, you immediately think about the Flemish spring classics. We are the organizer of the following prestigious spring races: Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Gent-Wevelgem, Dwars Door Vlaanderen, Ronde van Vlaanderen, Scheldeprijs Schoten, de Brabantse Pijl. In the 2nd half of the cycling season we organize the Great War Remembrance Race and Brussels Cycling Classic. TELENET SUPER PRESTIGE: During winter, Flanders Classics organizes the oldest competition in cyclocross, the Telenet Superprestige. This competition holds eight races in Belgium and the Netherlands: Gieten, Zonhoven, Boom, Ruddervoorde, Gavere, Diegem, Hoogstraten and Middelkerke. PELOTON: As an organizer we are involved in around 40 yearly cyclosportives with 100k+ participants.
