Our lawyers work with you to develop strategies, negotiate agreements, obtain permits, and implement plans for growth and revitalization of our communities. In the Virgin Islands, we often help clients with federal environmental permitting issues associated with real estate development, remediation and energy projects. We also serve as local counsel for LIHTC bond funded projects in both the USVI and Florida. In Florida, we are helping clients who are are working with local governments in public private partnerships to redevelop parts of Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater and many other cities.
