In London's successful DAMIT (Design, Advertising, Media, Internet and Technology) market it is common for a two-person start-up company to grow to need office space for more than 40 people in the first year. Large corporates often need short term project space and require an inclusive 'whole life' cost for a project’s length. Flexible Office Space (FOS) was set up as a joint venture with Adrian Goldney, Farebrother, Tuckerman and Union Street Partners to promote this new flexible approach to office space. They understand the serviced/managed and conventional office market and offer clients a bespoke service allowing them to find the right space for their requirements. FOS also provides landlords who want to sublet office space with a partner led service to get their buildings promoted quickly and deliver leads as soon as an enquiry is made.
