Floorhacker changes the way to request space planning (floor plan designs), AutoCAD drafting and as-built services (building surveys), We started in New York City back in 2015 and now our first stop to growth nationwide is Miami metro area. We found that sourcing for those services take a lot of back and forth and waiting. Waiting for clarification, waiting for proposals, for payments to clear or for someone to become available and begin the job. Sounds familiar? Our initiative was to remove the friction when requesting services by providing an automated way to see the final product, the final cost, and be able to place an order and schedule a site visit (when required) all online within minutes; very much like buying a product on Amazon. YEAH YEAH, WE KNOW, is sound crazy, maybe stupid and impossible; but so it did the internet just a few years ago. Posting portfolios online is possible, describing services by clicking. checked, paying online. checked, scheduling site visits. checked. YIP everything is possible. We use 18+ years and millions of square foot in experience doing Single homes, multifamily buildings, offices, retail, restaurants and hotels projects, to figure out how to price services by simply checking boxes, and 3+ years of this practice is just making our algorithms sharper.
