Our philosophy has always been: “When life is good it flows, go with it,” and that motto has guided us from our earliest beginnings on Plaza Street in Leesburg, VA 13 years ago. The team at Flow aims to make people happier and healthier through the practice of yoga. All are welcome–from the absolute beginner to the more advanced practitioner. We offer a wide variety of classes (over 100 per week!) that can suit your mood, energy level and schedule. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, we offer a class for you. Our signature classes are heated vinyasa (flowing with breath) that are challenging yet rewarding. We think of our classes as moving meditations that help us all get out of heads for a bit. In 2007, we moved into a gorgeous loft space at Market Station. From the natural sunlight shining through the exposed beams, to the smiling faces of our staff greeting people as they come up the steps, we’ve worked hard to design a peaceful escape. We love creating a sacred space every day where students can align body, mind and spirit. Since those first days, we are thrilled to see how much our community has grown. The latest chapter in our evolution involves the opening of our second location in Ashburn. Located on Ashburn Road, this full-service facility offers a state-of-the art heating and ventilation system, classrooms for teacher training programs and the same core philosophy that has been our mantra from the very beginning.
