Focus You is a Black Iron Gym, associated primarily with providing Fitness (Strength & Conditioning) Training, Nutrition Counseling as well as Life-Style Counseling. We are located in Chennai, India. Focus You also provides coaching in other Sports, such as Marathon Training, Basketball and Athletics. We specialize in providing Fitness & Health to the general public, catering to all age groups and to people from all walks of life. Athletic Performance Improvement is one of our specialties - we coach athletes from ALL SPORTS in the area of Strength & Conditioning. This leads to significant increases in sports performance while at the same time resulting in significant decreases in injury rates. For the General Public, through our Counseling, Overall Strength & Health Improves, Muscle Mass Improves, Bones get Denser, Sense of Balance Improves (all this Reduces Instances of Falling Down & Fracturing Hips/Limbs), Lower Back Pain Vanishes, Confidence Level grows. Overall their Quality of Life improves significantly. Everyone is able to Age Gracefully, while Still Being Healthy & Independent. We also Counsel Diabetics on How Simple Lifestyle Changes can help them keep Control of Their Health. We also conduct the Fitness (Strength) & Nutrition Series of Seminars, with Focus Topics such as Diabetes and Health, Exercise is Medicine, Corporate Executives and Strength.
