Food Experts runs a pesticide monitoring scheme designed to help retailers and importers monitor, control and reduce pesticide use by their suppliers and pesticide residues in the fresh produce they source. The scheme is completely independent (from suppliers, laboratories, retailers, etc.) and has proven to be efficient in reducing incidences with pesticide residues and increasing transparency and trust between supply chain and customers. UK, German, Dutch and Spanish retailers and their importers are already using this scheme.
