ABOUT US Founded in October 2009, Food-Aid.org is a Christian, global, non profit 501(c)(3) organization that has joined the fight against poverty and world hunger, partnering to send our nutritious meals to other non profit agencies to help aid in global disasters and humanitarian relief efforts. With more than a billion people around the world going hungry, Food-Aid.org was established to address this global problem by making and distributing nutritious and great tasting meal packs to those in need. Our corporate Mission and Vision are simple: To work with a relentless passion to fight against poverty and world hunger, motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ. Food-Aid.org Vision serves alongside the poor and oppressed as a demonstration of God's unconditional love for all people. Food-Aid.org serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. Food-Aid Solutions Food-Aid.org helps organizations establish or enhance their existing nutrition programs to provide low cost, effective feeding solutions around the world to feed the hungry. Our healthy meal packs were created by a professional nutritionist and chef to ensure each meal would meet the minimum daily allowance of vitamins and protein needed to live a healthy lifestyle. These meals go to health clinics, schools and orphanages around the world and often to children near death from starvation. Food-Aid is working hard to establish short and long term feeding programs such as in Fondwa, Haiti to ensure healthy food reaches these children in need. Just .40 cents can feed one hungry child, $2.00 can feed a family up to five. Just $16.00 can purchase one bag of rice to help us make over 70 meals!
