At Foothills Creamery, our mission is to produce superior Canadian sourced and hand crafted dairy products which customers can consistently trust for premium quality, purity, and flavour. We produce ice cream, butter, frozen yogurt, sorbet, sherbet and ice cream cones for the retail and food service market. Our customers – consumers, retailers and food service operators know we don’t compromise quality. We have been proudly serving Western Canada for almost fifty years. Our president, Don Bayrack, began manufacturing butter in 1969 and then expanded to ice cream in 1986. In 1995, Foothills opened a second location in Edmonton, Alberta and in 1999 opened a third location in Kelowna, British Columbia, to better serve its customers. Currently, we offer over 80 different ice cream flavours.
