For Wills Limited is a newly launched business providing estate planning advice to consumers across the UK. The management team have considerable experience and knowledge of the financial services sector and in delivering legal services. We provide our service through two routes depending on consumers’ preference, either a telephone conversation or face to face meeting. As a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), all our consultants are IPW accredited. Our consultants are friendly and offer a free no obligation appointment. We make sure that the advice we recommend helps to achieve the aims and objectives of our customers. Service is at the centre of all of our services, keeping the customer up-to-date throughout the process. For Wills works in association with the regulated law firm Lockyers Limited. Lockyers takes the instructions For Wills consultants have gathered from customers to produce all the legal documentation required and also ensures that the legal documentation fully addresses the consumers’ needs. For Wills consultants use Lockyers’ online fact-find to record the customers’ details and instructions and this then generates all documents for review and editing by Lockyers solicitors. The system gives us an edge so we can access customer instructions securely anywhere and update their situation should something change. We are proud to have a strong female consultancy base and believe that we are uniquely placed to help people sort out Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
