For the Win is a human-centered HR consulting firm. We work closely with founders and HR at high-growth companies to design just enough process to sustain their team. Together, we build empathy for their employees, then create a system to ensure they hire the right people and set everyone up for success. We’ve helped organizations at stages ranging from pre-seed to publicly traded save hundreds of hours on hiring, improve their employee onboarding, and build the infrastructure they need to maintain their culture at scale. We're based in Brooklyn, but work with teams around the world. For the Win is a consulting firm that helps startups with traction adapt to support a lot of new hires.
