ForWhiskeyLovers is THE online community & store for Whisk(e)y Lovers. Our vibrant community ranges from some of the foremost whiskey thought-leaders to malt whisky-newbies who want in on the fun. Our Contributing Editors include some of the biggest names in Whiskey: Charles MacLean, TheScotchBlog creator Kevin Erskine, Gavin Smith, Caroline Dewar, Pete Stewart, and Ian Buxton author of '101 Whiskies To Try Before You Die'. Our Whiskey Explorers Club (WEC) is the ONLY Subscription BLIND-TASTING Whiskey Club in the world. The Whiskey Explorers Club's mission is to introduce our members to a variety of sensational whiskies, produced by some of the world's most innovative craft distillers, and facilitate the sharing of these whisky experiences with others. Inspired by the "blind tasting" bar game, we designed our SCOUT membership package to introduce members to a wide variety of amazing whiskies they most likely have not experienced before, free of any pre-conceived notion of a "brand", price or age as an indicators of quality, or even a prior experience with a type of whisky. These memberships are designed to give members an opportunity to experience more innovative, complex and esoteric whiskies not typically found at your local liquor store.
