Forget Me Not, Inc. provides highly personalized story boxes to those loved ones living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Each story box is built around a theme, and includes items specific to aiding the person with the disease. These items include sensory, tactile and reminiscent objects tailored to the stage of the disease. As someone who has a close loved one living with late-stage dementia, I know first-hand the effects it has on family members and their loved ones.
