We provide integrated treatment and recovery support targeted specifically to individuals with co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, drawing both Michiganders and those from across the country. The caring staff members at Foundations Detroit foster a compassionate and restorative environment that includes a full service array of group and individual therapies, holistic and support services, partnerships with local Sober Living homes (including transportation to and from), and a patient lounge featuring computer kiosks with internet access, video-viewing options and a lending library. As patients gain knowledge about themselves and about the processes of addiction and recovery, they are empowered to live a life of long-term recovery and become the people they want to be.
