Wealden Leisure Ltd, trading as Freedom Leisure, is a genuine, pro-active and innovative leisure trust and is led by an experienced, dynamic, entrepreneurial and focused Executive Management Team. Our approach is to provide our partners and customers with a bespoke and unique service that will inspire and excite our communities and increase participation wherever we are. We have an experienced Board of Trustees who are representative of the local community, users of the service and facilities offered by Freedom Leisure and have a broad range of skills to contribute to the company’s success. Board members attend meetings which focus on important topics in the leisure industry and feature internal and external leisure experts who provide training and information to help develop strategy and policies for the future. Freedom Leisure is the UK’s third largest charitable leisure trust operating 75 centres across the South East, Wales and the West of England in line with our community ethos of providing affordable, accessible leisure, sport and community facilities for everyone. Freedom Leisure will continue to deliver community focused leisure opportunities across all our partnerships to further increase the numbers of people accessing our facilities and positively impacting on their health and well being. Freedom leisure is in the leisure business - encouraging people to enjoy their leisure time. Our centres provide a wide range of ways to do this with a focus on active lifestyles, and creating opportunities for everybody to take part in something they enjoy.
