FREESTYLE FITNESS is a spacious yet intimate training studio with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unlike most facilities we limit the number of machines in order to preserve the open space needed to simulate a workout regiment that can be performed inside and outside of the gym. Freestyle Is More Than A Health Club. Here, our goal is to exceed your expectations, to shatter all the misconceptions you may have about how, how long, and in what fashion exercises should be performed. Because we recognize that every client is different; some stronger, some with more endurance, and some with nothing but sheer will power. That is why every workout we do is specifically created to challenge YOU and YOU ALONE.Each trainer having 10+ years of experience, we as a team understand that reaching and exceeding a client's goals sometimes means thinking outside of the box.
