Fremont Urgent Care Center has been serving, caring and healing residents and workers in Fremont and the surrounding areas since 1984. Conveniently located in the heart of Fremont, we offer compassionate medical care 7 days a week. Our primary team is led by Dr. John Giddens and is comprised of five medical doctors and one physician assistant. In addition, we have Orthopedic, Hand, Podiatry and Physiatrist physician specialists, that treat patients in our clinic as well. X-rays are offered during all open hours as well as drug screening and physical exams. Our Physical Therapy Department works closely with our providers to ensure patients are advancing and approaching a full recovery. It takes years of experience, to fully understand the complicated world of Workers' Comp and the necessity of properly managing an injured workers' case. Open communication with the employer and all stake holders allows us to reach maximum success. Our continued goal, is to offer respectful care to the sick and injured, that trust us with their health and well being.
