At Fresh City, each and every meal is made fresh to order. That means your catering order can be made just the way you and your guests want it — low fat, low-carb, more or less spicy — we even offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free catering menu options. Fresh Concepts operates and franchises about 15 fast-casual restaurants under the name Fresh City. The eateries offer a menu with stir fry dishes, burritos, and sandwiches, all made with fresh and organic ingredients. Most Fresh City units operate in Massachusetts in high traffic locations, including airports and highway rest areas. In addition to its flagship dining concept, Fresh Concepts operates a small number of locations under the name Souper Salad (not related to the San Antonio-based Souper Salad chain). The Fresh City chain was started by brothers Larry and Bruce Reinstein in 1997.
