My name is Alexandra Lambeth, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I provide individual counseling services within a wide range of emotional conditions. I am passionate about helping people through difficult stages in their lives. Life can bring joy and happiness, but often we also experience sadness, disappointment, and frustration. Once we are emotionally distressed, it’s difficult to get unstuck and to clear the cobwebs. My goal is to help my clients to heal and transform in order to live happy and fulfilled lives. I teach people to value their uniqueness and to concentrate on their abilities versus their limitations. I am not the type of therapist that just takes notes and nods with her head. I actively listen and genuinely care to find solutions that work for my clients. I have extensive experience with career consultation, and can help you figure out what direction you may want to pursue in your professional life. In addition, I provide assistance with resumes and cover-letters. It takes courage to reach out for help. Working with a therapist will bring clarity and focus into your life.
