The Front Rangers Cycling Club was established in 1993. FRCC is a collection of volunteers, partnering with the Denver Police Department, committed to giving back to our community by mentoring at-risk urban kids using bicycling and activities as the vehicle to effect positive change through various programs. https://www.instagram.com/frontrangerscycling/ https://www.facebook.com/FrontRangersCyclingClub.Denver/ Community Outreach: Introducing urban youth to cycling as an alternative activity to drugs and gangs, and ensure continued participation through the progression of the program. Junior Cycling Program: Sponsorship of strong Junior and age 23 & under (U23) racing teams is recognized locally and nationally, with many riders achieving state and national championships, as well as turning pro. We also support and welcome Senior and Masters racers, especially individuals who enjoy working with our Junior and U23 members and with our inner-city youth program. Bannock Street Criterium, in memory of Mike Nields: Held annually in the Golden Triangle, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver. , and is now filled with restaurants, art galleries, and offices. The race provides a challenging course for racers and a chance for spectators to experience the thrill of bicycle racing with pro racers from around the world competing.
